This is a prepaid program and will save you approximately 30% off the normal costs.

Second Visit (9-12 weeks of age)

Third Visit (15-16 weeks of age)

• Leptospirosis #1 Vaccination
• Rabies 1 Year Vaccination

Fourth Visit (18-20 weeks of age)

The cost for this program is to be paid in full at the first visit. It is your responsibility to bring your pet in for his/her visits; no refunds will be made if appointments are not kept. It is possible that your pet may have specific medical needs; if so, the doctor will discuss any additional costs that you may incur.
